The Israel Goor Theatre Archives and Museum specializes in collecting materials about Hebrew, Israeli and Jewish theatre. The archive contains personal archives of theatre artists donated by them or their families, files of theatre artists and of researchers, manuscripts, performances' files, posters, models of set designs, a rich library of plays and theatre books as well as documentation of theatre artists and of Israeli theatre plays. The importance of the archive lies in its rare collections and the fact that these primary sources are made accessible to theatre researchers and students.
